The things people do...

First off, the point behind this post comes from an article that hits me hard...it was on the news all day yesterday..

Here's the scoop. This gal is someone that my family knows. We know her on facebook as well..we have been watching her "pregnancy" for the past 9 months, and watched her post pictures from the baby shower and ultrasounds. We have looked at her 3d's and said "I can't wait till our baby looks like that" or "look at the definition in the face!".
We heard yesterday that she was a little overdue and she was supposed to be induced.. BUT THEN.....she comes up missing, and is nowhere to be found. We hear that she has sent texts to family saying that she is hurt and doesn't know where she is at. The police look for her for hours and hours....AND THEN....
they catch her speeding, by herself, in another town, NOT HURT, AND NOT PREGNANT. Wait, what?!
Her boyfriend didn't know she wasn't pregnant, her own daughter didn't even know.
So we start looking back at ultrasound pics and comparing them to the development of my baby at the same time or close....some of the pictures have been photoshopped to carry her name, and some have developmental aspects that shouldn't be there yet (for example, hair at a very early stage)! At the time nobody noticed anything, because why would you fake that!? So we came to the conclusion, due to one ultrasound, she was indeed pregnant, but the further she was along, the more fake the pics looked, so about 3.5 months is when we decided from the pics, that something must have happened....
Now, how does this relate to me?
Because, how on earth could you lose a baby, or abort a baby and continue going on like nothing happened? How could you let all your "friends" buy you things for a baby and then be faking at that time :(. And finally why play all those that loved you so much as a fool? first off, if my mom EVER did that me, it is unforgivable! I asked my brother what he would think if he found out I was faking, he said, unforgivable! If it wouldn't have worked for her, to get "kidnapped" how would she have produced a baby today? What would have explained a healthy pregnancy and no baby?
Just makes you wonder what some people are thinking.

In a bizarre twist, Channel 6 News has learned that the Council Bluffs woman who went missing for 7 hours Monday was never pregnant.


And now, finding out she was never pregnant at all, makes me wonder why someone would do that! This lady obviously needs help, and all I can say is, I send my prayers to her family and friends, who were betrayed in the worst way imaginable!
