Just Have to Tell You!!

My manager brings in panera bread bagels when we work on Saturday mornings...usually I would go for the cinn crunch bagel with hazelnut cream cheese...it runs about 510 calories...but today, I enjoyed a plain bagel with no cream cheese (big step for me!) for about 290 calories..!! go me!
